I’m a mental health professional, an artist, and a queer neurodivergent person just trying to make spaces feel a little safer and softer. After COVID, it became even clearer to me how much support our communities need—especially when it comes to being truly seen and understood.

In my private practice, I work with queer and neurodiverse adults to help create moments of healing, self-connection, and calm. My art is just another way I try to do that—by being honest, sometimes uncomfortable, and reminding people that vulnerability isn’t a flaw, it’s actually something powerful.

I stay involved in the community however I can—through events like Chalk Walk, Appleton’s Pride Fest, or just showing up where it matters. I don’t have all the answers, but I try to create work and hold space that feels real.
